Moment Messages
December 2005

Greeting’s everyone, and we thank you for visiting our web site. Our prayer is that the Lord will bless and minister to you through this outreach.

Christmas is a happy and joyful season that we look forward to each year. We give thanks to our heavenly Father for the birth of His son and our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. Without his birth, life, death, burial and resurrection our lives would be empty and vain. We rejoice in the hope we have in Him as Savior and soon coming King.

Christmas can also be a sad time for those who have said farewell to their loved ones since last year. Time, along with God’s grace has a way of helping us to refocus and heal. Though our loved ones are not with us today, they still abide in the presence of our Lord awaiting our arrival. Some one shared this poem with me and it touched my heart with great encouragement. I would like to share it with you in hope that you will be comforted as well.

                                                 MY FIRST CHRISTMAS IN HEAVEN

I see the countless Christmas trees around the world below, with tiny lights…like heaven’s stars, reflecting in the snow. The sight is so spectacular; please wipe away that tear, for I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

I hear the many Christmas songs that people hold so dear, but the sounds of music can’t compare, with the Christmas choir up here. I have no words to tell you the joy their voices bring…for it is beyond description, to hear the angels sing. I know how much you miss me, I see the pain inside your heart…but I am not so far away, we really aren’t apart. So be happy for me dear ones, you know how I hold you dear…be glad for me, for I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

I send you each a special gift, from my heavenly home above; I send you each a memory of my undying love. After all “LOVE” is the gift more precious than pure gold; it was always most important, in stories Jesus told. Please love and keep each other near, as my Father said to do; for I can’t count the blessings or love He has for each of you. So, have a Merry Christmas and wipe away that tear, remember I am spending Christmas with Jesus Christ this year.

                                                                        Author – Unknown

The author of this poem may be unknown, yet the message certainly could be from many of our loved ones waiting for us on the other side.
Please focus on the wholeness your loved ones are enjoying with Christ the Lord at this time and let God bless you with a meaningful and Spirit filled Christmas.

                                                                        In Christ love,

                                                                        Bro. Donny & Sis. Sheila
